Relaxation in your own ultramodern indoor sauna
Enjoy a sweat in the customisable indoor sauna
After a stressful day at work the body is crying out for relaxation. A time-consuming trip to the nearest public sauna is not always tempting. And today it is also no longer necessary, because with your own indoor sauna you can relax within your own four walls.
Indoor saunas from sopra are available in different standard sizes – with corner or front access. Saunas can also be made to measure: These so-called design saunas fit in perfectly in difficult corners or under sloping ceilings. As a result, previously unused spaces in the basement, in the bathroom or in the loft conversion are particularly appreciated.
An indoor sauna can be constructed in a number of ways. The two most common construction methods – the element and solid wood construction methods – each have different advantages.
Element sauna or solid wood sauna – Which construction method is suitable for an indoor sauna?
The element sauna and the solid wood sauna differ in their look, flexibility and heat insulation. While the element sauna can be assembled quickly and can be disassembled and reassembled in another location when you move home, the solid wood sauna is highly durable and stable. The respective advantages of the two construction methods should therefore be weighed up when planning a sauna.
What are the design options for indoor saunas?
Indoor saunas can have a simple or a very detailed design. Design ideas will help you in choosing the interior furnishing and the design of the interior. For indoor saunas, different wall panellings made out of various materials are available. With a glass front, you can have a view over the adjoining sauna area or sauna rest room or over your own garden. Very practical: If the glass wall separates the interior of the sauna from the sauna area, both the interior of the sauna and the sauna area appear more spacious. As the interior of the sauna with a glass front can be seen from outside, it should ideally fit in harmoniously with the immediate surroundings of the sauna.
We would be happy to advise you on your personal indoor sauna
Our sopra partners would be happy to advise you on the planning and design of your own indoor sauna. We would also be happy to advise you here on the possible sauna types: For example, the additional installation of infrared heaters would produce a combination of sauna and infrared cabin. If the addition of a sauna complements a swimming pool or a whirlpool, a cosy wellness oasis is created.
